24th July 2010 - Marchesi de Frescobaldi
A multitude of estates, one of which is the Tenuta Castiglioni, claiming over a 1000 years of Tuscan history! This night’s dinner is a classic 5 course affair with an Italian nuance set in our fine dining Italian Restaurant. The wine maker will be present to chat with us about each wine to enhance our appreciation of this traditional Italian winemaker.

An exquisite wine comes from a partnership between two renowned wine producers of French and South African origin. 13th September 2010 - Villa Maria
A family owned New Zealand Winery founded in 1961 recognised as the leading wine award dinner nationally and internationally since early 1980’s. This should be a fun and relaxed affair with modern wines being paired in a contemporary live cooking stations and live Sax a Guitar. The setting will be on the beach and under the coconuts and mingle with the wine maker and other guests.

28th September 2010 - Marchesi di Barolo
The history of Marchesi di Barolo and their winery go back as far as 1246. In that year the family was granted their patent of nobility ‘Barolo’. Tonight's event will be wine and canapés served while watching the sunset on board one of our Dhoni's followed by live food stations paired with Barolo wines on Raha Beach.

13th October - Dr. Buerklin- Wolf
The Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Estate produces world-class dry Rieslings from Germany's finest vineyard sites. The Estate was founded in 1597. As these wine are highly suitable to a seafood palate, we are coming fresh and very good quality seafood done in a refreshingly simple way allows the flavours of both to combine.
